Pictured above: Prawns & Smoked Salmon pasta and Seafood Aglio Olio

Waiting time for the food was a little long despite little to no customers in the café. The food was exceptionally great though! The cream base for the Prawns & Smoked Salmon pasta is not too salty, very fragrant and prawns were springy. The Seafood Aglio Olio did not disappoint either – strong garlic taste with the spiciness at an adequate level. Pasta is al dente and both dishes are aesthetically very pleasing. Would definitely come back again for good authentic Italian food!

Went over the weekend, wanting to try their risotto and famed Truffle Tortellini (but it wasn't available ☹). So ended up ordering two types of risotto using the Burpple Beyond 1-for-1 deal: Risotto di Caprese - cream based with melted buffalo mozzarella and parma ham, also Risotto Marinara - tomato based with seafood. Both pretty decent! Looking forward to try their pasta on my next visit!

We tried a few dishes at this restaurant, including the curry risotto and seafood marinara spaghetti. All the dishes were very delicious! As my companion is allergic to a particular seafood in the seafood marinara, the restaurant was very kind to separate it from the main dish for us! Excellent service! They also have alot of fusion indian-italian flavours which were done well.

This fared much better than the aglio olio but it was at best mediocre. The sauce had a smoked taste which you could applaud it for, but the portion of Italian pork sausage was small, and it tasted just.. normal. A no from me.. probably won’t be coming back again😔

Gosh.. this was arguably the worst aglio olio I’ve ever eaten in my life.😔😭 it was so disappointing, I expected so much more from this store! The pasta was soggy, this aglio olio tastes nothing like how it should be at all. It was just full of garlic and black pepper, and while they say that the pasta would all be cooked al dente, it was overly soft, resulting in a soggy texture. They also said that it would be spicy... but it was just overly peppery. The smoked salmon was just what you’d expect, mediocre and just that of standard quality, however the portion was not bad though. I have no words to describe how this dish could go wrong, but it just did. I always thought Saizerya’s and Pastamania’s aglio olio was bad, and never knew it could get worse😔 the staff were really nice and friendly though so I guess that was a winning point for me.

This creamy risotto seemed like a carbonara but a rice version. Taste wise was creamy enough and the rice had a good texture.
