For the classic Aglio Olio with Prawns ($18.80), we chose spaghetti and the al-dente spaghetti is coated in olive oil and crispy garlic bits and served with succulent pan-fried prawns. This is so savoury, fragrant and satisfying.
Porcini & White Truffles ($18.80) features fresh tagliatelle pasta tossed in white truffle sauce with Italian porcini mushrooms. The handmade egg pasta is tender but not mushy, and it is a wonderful match with the delicious truffle sauce that is infused with the aroma of the mushrooms. I love how the sauce is packed with flavours without being overpowering.
Truffle Porcini Linguine, this is a dish that will be a hit among truffle fans. The cream based sauce goes well and coats the pasta well. The fried Portobello mushroom is a must order and the aroma of the earthy notes keeps me wanting for more. ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
Got the Porcini and White Truffle Tagliatelle ($18.80) and Al Ragu Tagliarini ($14.80). Had a great meal because both pastas were good! Handmade pasta does hit different. Also tried fried mozzarella and jumbo meatball which are both great. My faves are the Porcini Truffle and jumbo meatball. Would come back again to try other menus!
You can smell a very strong truffles upon you open the box immediately. The tagliatelle tossed in white truffle sauce with air-flown Italian porcini mushrooms.
I had their ๐๐น ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ด๐ pasta which consists of traditional chunky slow-cooked Italian beef stew mixed with the red sauce. Itโs so flavourful and the beef was so tender. For the pasta, I chose tagliatelle and I loved it. With such taste and generous beef chunks, I really think this pasta is worth it ๐๐ป๐
