This one was a little disappointing as the cream and sponge cake ratio was not ideal. Also the sponge cake was a little too dry. Not worth the 8 dollars I paid

The first thought that came to my mind was wow this cake actually cost 9 dollars then I pondered over it's name. I was told that this is one of their best seller and highly recommended if you are a chocolate lover. Decided to give it a try and it did live up to its name. The rich chocolate mousse combined with a crispy base had me wanting for more

I liked this festive treat made by Patisserie G! Instead of the usual Rum and Raisin flavour, the mixed fruits were also soaked. Much as Sake Kasu gave the cheesecake (S$8.00) a strange taste, eating the cheesecake layer with the base and macerated mixed fruits immediately made me think about a famous Japanese confectionery.

And trust me, pairing this cake with a coffee was actually quite indulgent.
