Composed of dark chocolate ganache, coffee cremeux, pavesini biscuits soaked in rum and marscarpone mousse. It’s a rather soft dessert on the palette, not too heavy on the rum, smooth on every bite. It’s a bliss when paired with a cup of mocha

Black Forest - $8.80

It’s the cute petite version of your typical Black Forest cake. Chocolate Sponge imbibing Kirsch Liqueur on the inside, Cream Cheese Chantilly on the outside. Guinettes Morello Cherries & Dark Chocolate Cremeux awaits within

This one was a little disappointing as the cream and sponge cake ratio was not ideal. Also the sponge cake was a little too dry. Not worth the 8 dollars I paid
