The former contains cherry mousse, cherry compote and chocolate ganache while the latter is similar, just that it is pear and blackcurrent flavoured. Both desserts are full of creamy richness. According to the server, every piece of cake are made from premium quality ingredients sourced from different parts of the world such as vanilla from Madagascar, chocolate from Tahiti and rose syrup from Bulgaria. The team behind Patisserie Rosie really goes all out to ensure that their desserts are fresh, special and of good quality, bravo! 😋😍
