The mung bean noodle tasted like hor fun. The crab claw wasnt all crab. It was abit of crab and mix with prawn paste. They will grate the crab roe at the table. The gravy is nice.

It is served with spicy pineapple gravy. For someone who doesnt eat spicy, it is quite spicy. The fish is very fresh and well-cooked. The scales are crispy and can be eaten. But it is something that can be skipped.

Quite a big bowl of soup. It has dried scallop, abalone, fish maw and sea whelk. The soup is very sweet and can taste the freshness of seafood in the soup also. The abalone is very tender and easy to cut. Not chewy or tough. I love that they keep the soup warm with a flame at the bottom.

Every 初二, our family will have lunch together outside. This year, we chose to have it at Peach Blossoms as we really love the food here! We ordered a mixture of dishes, dim sum and dessert, and were super full at the end🤤. Our favourites were the Mapo Beancurd, Stir-fried Celtuce Stem and Crispy Taro Puff. The Mapo Beancurd was soft and silky🍲, and the sauce was spicy and numbing but not overpowering🌶️. We also loved the different textures in the Stir-fried Celtuce stem with Sakura Ebi, Fresh Lily bulb and stuffed Lotus Root. The Celtuce stem and Lotus Root is crunchy, while the shrimp paste was soft🍤, really good! However, after dining here twice, we did feel that the menu was quite limited as we were running out of dishes that we would like to try😥. But for the delicious food, we'll definitely be back again in the future👍!

This time round, we went with more of their dim sum dishes starting with the Dim Sum Artistry ($16.80) a trio of steamed dumplings that highlighted the skills and presentation of the chef.

We ordered several more baskets of goodies but the ones that stood out the most were the Smoked Kurobuta Pork Steamed Bun ($8 for 3 pieces) which contains one of the best char siew fillings, that you can also get as an ala carte order, Steamed Rice Roll filled with Prawn and Scallop ($9.80) and the Crispy Taro Puff stuffed with Abalone and Minced Kurobuta Pork ($16.80 for 3 pieces). Basically, any of their menu items that contains the kurobuta pork, just order it and you will not get it wrong.

Not to discredit their dim sum dishes as they were very good, but I felt that their ala carte dishes are at another league of its own.

Steamed Rice Rolls stuffed with Shredded Jicama, Dried Shrimps and Chinese Mushrooms ($7.80)
This was pretty crispy, and for those who don't know, jicama is actually Mexican Turnip. Interesting flavour because of what's stuffed within the rice rolls.

We were overall actually q disappointed because there were q a bit of misses/ average items despite the high price point, but it could also be that the better items were already sold out in the first seating, leaving us with limited options.

🌟 Pan-fried Radish Cake ($7.80/ 3 pcs)
This was quite enjoyable, with it being pretty flavourful with a light crisp!

🌟 Smoked Kurobuta Pork Steamed Buns ($8/ 3 pcs)
This was the most memorable dish for me - extremely smokey and flavourful charsiew within that reminds of bakkwa I really loved it. The most unassuming and yet the most impressionable.

Steamed Scallop Dumpling, Steamed Crystal Dumpling, Steamed Squid Ink Seafood Dumpling with Tobiko.
Really aesthetically pleasing and exquisite dimsum here! However because most of the items contain prawns, I can't comment much, but iirc scallop was not bad - altho it's actly pretty pricey for each item.

This was extremely soft and crumbly, with the tart pastry falling apart really easily, and although I recall their custard to be pretty smooth, it wasn't fragrant.
