Noodles were a little overcooked when it came but still good... Char Siew was deelicioussssss had their prawn wantons too which were huge with succulent prawns and smooth dumpling skin mmhmmmm! What I call atas (and of course bigger portioned) wanton mee hahah
Prawn dumplings were filled with crunchy prawns, meat n wood ear fungus. Clear and sweet soup.
Siew Mai was not too bad and I liked the tobiko topping. Added another texture to the dumplings.
The perfect balance of roasted crunch, tender meaty texture and that hint of fat that completes the experience...
Always good to end the meal on a light and sweet note.
