From Delicacy Fish Soup. Despite the good reviews online, there was barely any queue. The soup is clear and light with dried sole fish added to it. What I liked best was the thick chunks and good portion of fish. Itโs not the best fish soup but itโs above average.

The bee hoon tasted a little weird at the beginning, like there was this extra charred or plastic taste. Not too sure if itโs from the styofoam box or whatever. But it had a very distinct taste and only from the bee hoon. The other ingredients were fine and well thereโs nothing much to complain for its generous portion at just $3.50. Good and affordable, nothing special about the ingredients. Thereโs a very good economical bee hoon stall but itโs all the way in Jurong East. I absolutely love their bee hoon/mee goreng with ngoh hiang. Maybe itโs time to travel to the West.

Good alternative to YTF or Fish Soup when you feel like having something warm and easy to digest. Decent portion and it seems like they make their own fishballs? Well, theyโre called Jia Le Handmade Fishball Noodles...

Stall with the longest queue in the market - longer than the wtm - because......?
It is value for money. At $3, they are generous with the ingredients and (especially) the noodles. Taste quite good, but nothing special.
The charsiew is ok (lean type). Wanton is plump and good. Noodle with sambal chilli and dried shrimp is shiok.
The charsiew and wanton are good supporting cast to the star - Mee with chilli.
Yum.

Not as thick or shiok as Grannyโs Pancake at Hong Lim Food Centre. Moreover, this was served cold. Not sure why? Got them in the morning. Shouldnโt it be fresh and hot? Probably wonโt have them ever again even though itโs $0.60 compared to Grannyโs Pancake which costs $1. $0.40 really makes a huge difference.
