At Perbacco we aim to provide an authentic, top-notch Italian bar and dining experience. If you do not leave with a smile then we have not succeeded. The long, spacious bar overlooks the charming street and the tables next to the opened windows offer an al fresco feel. The brick-lined walls and dark wood furnishings provide the perfect ambience to savour our range of whiskeys, rums, unpasteurised beers, wines and other spirits in addition to the classic cocktails including the Manhattan, Negroni, and Spritz. The cocktails are made with premium spirits. The restaurant's Enomatic machine keeps the wine fresh and allows it to offer 8 bottles of premium house pours. This enables the restaurant to offer its Domenico Barolo, Frescobaldi, Kerlann Pinot Noir and Cesare Amarone by the glass at attractive prices. To accompany the drinks is a list of premium Italian Tapas that are home-made and a nice selection of cold cuts and cheeses. We offer a wide range of Italian cheeses to go with our wines. Behind the bar is a sprawling yet cosy dining room appointed with dark wood chairs, stone floors and artfully stacked wine crates that imbue a warm, quirky feel. The new menu offer a mixture of classic pastas that are favorite with the locals as well as our signature homemade spaghetti chitarre (named after the guitar-like tool used to make the spaghetti) and the egg-plant parmigianna. We believe in providing quality and we import the finest ingredients from around the world. Our kitchen staff comprises a team of 5 chefs that have worked together for a long time. Chef Marco Fregnon hails from northern Italy. He has spent many years working in the Veneto region of Italy before coming to Singapore. His stints included 2years as the assistant head chef in a one-star michelin restaurant. Dean and Albert have 10 years of experience each in the kitchen and can more than hold the kitchen on their own. Shatist and Nicholas complete the team in the kitchen. The experienced team makes many of the pastas in the kitchen. We pride ourselves in keeping our food prices affordable and our guests happy. We want all our guests to leave smiling and happy, that is the whole point of our opening Perbacco. We have created an ambience that can make the finest restaurants proud and yet at prices that keeps our guest pleasantly surprised.

From the Burpple community

Lobster and asparagus ravioli - Favourite of my companions who love seafood

Spaghetti with black truffle and uni - pretty decent as well

Risotto in amarone wine with foie gras - Favourite I love this

Lamb rack - pretty nice too

Eggplant parmiagana - I loved this. Amazing

#steak was fine but #seabass was #meh the sea bass was described as being bedded on a vegetable "minestrone" but i can't believe the veggies were not even warm. Will not be on my order again list. And they made the weird assumption that we were gona have the fish followed by steak, so they served the fish first instead of together 🤔 #lavacake #mussels #burpple

Possibly my favorite dessert of the night goes to this Hazelnut Panna Cotta! Sweet caramelised hazelnuts atop a smooth & silky panna cotta which makes it so easy to gobble down.

These fluffy soft fritters & rolled up pieces are part of the Frittelle Soffici e Involtini al Proscuitto e Scamorza. In English, Smoked Scamorza Cheese wrapped with Italian Ham & soft Fritters.
A mouthful in terms of its name & another mouthful when you eat it.
Thank you @mselaineheng for extending the invite & @perbacco_sg for hosting us 😊
