Phed Mark specializes in pad kaprao, the iconic spicy basil stir fry of Bangkok’s street food, and here they do things slightly different as the chilies, spices and meat of choice is dry fried with your chosen spice level before it is served with a plate of rice and a fried duck egg. Though it is pricier than what you normally get along the streets of Bangkok, it is a dish that I consider to be worth trying. I got the Kaprao Pork (120 THB) that is of the dry style and the perfectly fried duck egg with oozy yolk makes the dish complete.
