Enjoy dining without burning a hole in your pocket, no membership required
A couple of days into our trip and a craving for Asian food struck. So thanks to Google Maps, we found this popular Vietnamese eatery in the older part of Toronto, quite close to âLittle Italyâ and âLittle Portugalâ.
I got the BĂșn BĂČ Hue, a spicy beef soup noodle. It was a massive serving of rice noodles, beef brisket, ham, pigâs trotter and cubes of pigâs blood. Although the soup was not as spicy as I had anticipated, I liked it a lot for the aromatic lemongrass and herbs used in the cooking. A real belly-warmer thatâs just the thing for the cool weather at this time of the year.
Ate all the vegetables and some noodles. Ate half the bean sprouts. Left most of the noodles...
