From the Burpple community

Find this stylish restaurant which dishes up consistently good grub in malls all over the city – from made-to-order banh mi, to Australian beef pho and quality fresh spring rolls. The community is a big fan of the refreshing and zesty Spring Roll & Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli (RM14.90) filled with springy rice noodles topped with fragrant chicken and crispy spring rolls (the latter is a speciality which warrants an additional order). Also popular is the Famous Vietnamese Baguette (RM11.90) – French-style baguette filled with pickles, pork liver pate and more. Wash it down with a strong and aromatic cup of Vietnamese Drip Coffee (RM7.90), best had with a dash of condensed milk.

✨: Spring Rolls with Vermicelli remains one of my favourite Vietnamese dishes for how zesty and refreshing it is. The crispy spring rolls are the star of the dish while the veggies and rice noodles soak up all that appetizing sauce. Any heaviness typically present in fried foods is undercut by the fresh zing of the rolls’ accompaniments. ⁣

I definitely wouldn’t say Pho Vietz serves the most authentic Vietnamese fare but I do get a good meal out of the establishment every time I dine here! ⁣

Coffee was aromatic, thick and has a strong taste. Condensed milk comes at the side so you can add to your preference.

The entire bowl was delicious! The fragrant grilled lemongrass chicken definitely stood out. Deep fried spring rolls filled with minced pork, fresh vegetables and the sweet chilli sauce complemented the dish well.

The rice noodles was springy, served with generous amount of Australian beef slices, beef balls, bean sprouts and fresh basil in a light flavourful beefy broth.
Portion is quite big, so do share if you're not a big eater.

It's a steam rice cake topped with mung bean, dried shrimp and scallion. Tastes like the Chinese chwee kueh.
