Pho Zap Viengchan

It’s an affordable and hearty bowl of rice noodles and the small size is filling enough with generous servings of meat. It is similar to the Vietnamese pho & alike Singapore’s #namnam. One can choose either pork balls / beef strips and we requested for mix (a combi of the 2). The soup was light in flavor and one can add lime for a sour tinge & many other condiments for added flavor. While the beef was a bit tough, the meat was tasty especially when eaten with their homemade sauce that’s a mix of tomato & peanuts (alike satay sauce)
