I like both uni and ramen so when two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Seizan, Tokyo collaborated with @picnic.sg to open its first uni ramen joint, I knew I had to try it!

Al-dente ramen noodles imported from Japan in rich and creamy uni broth! The umami-laden broth is made with Japanese bafun uni, together with a dash of cream and milk as well as Seizan’s proprietary dashi broth. I thought it might be too jelak (read: overwhelming) after few mouthfuls but NOPE! I felt it’s just nice and I LOVE IT!

Feature Uni Ramen,
Al Dente Ramen noodle in rich and tasty broth of bafun Uni and Seizan’s signature dashi.
Served with homemade char Su, onsen tamago, leeks, spinach, spring onion and nori sheets.
It’s Super rich, personally i enjoyed it a lot. But tastebud is subjective..

Beef was tender and having mashed foie gras (added as sauce over the beef bowl) was an interesting twist. Worth a try.

Not that amazing

The weekday lunch set comes with selected main course and drinks. There is a wide selection for their drinks as you can choose from soft drinks, iced flavored tea, fresh juices and coconut. Note that the selected main course does not include omakase burgers and pizza.

decent place to go for families with children as they have a play area. good ambience for chilling in groups. food is not bad but not great so wouldn’t recommend the place for its food selection (perhaps omakase burgers if that’s your thing)

pictured :
1. omakase impossible cheese fries - the fake meat thing; it was pretty convincing tbh (mum tricked me into believing that it was real meat)

2. seafood aglio olio - tbh got this dish cus it looked so appetising it photos but it was for sure below average pasta) so probably wouldn’t get it again.

3. spanish garlic prawn rosti - this dish was the redeeming factor for me and the prawns were quality👌🏾 rostis potato’s were more finely cut that usual which i did enjoy and the sauce (from either the prawns or the salad dressing, i’m not sure) went well with the potatoes

not pictured :
4. pork salad - healthier menu selection 7/10

5. chicken burrito bowl - interesting meal. tortilla chips weren’t great and the chicken was dry and hard 5/10
