Barbecue Chicken Pie In Beetroot Crust - Signature pie of chicken chunks with sweet BBQ sauce. One of the best pies I ever had !

Gotta love the colour of that crust! With a a slightly sweeter filling of chicken chunks with BBQ sauce, apricot jam, onions, chilli and pineapple.

I fell in love after just one bite of those deliciously tender beef shanks, together with the rich goulash! I just love this kind of piping hot meal that will sure warm up my hungry tummy during cold weather.

A good news for our Muslim friends! Pies & Coffee had just gotten their Halal certification, so everyone can head down to try too!

Thank you @piesncoffee once again for having us and #brandcellar for the invitation.

Still suffering from the damn flu, wish i can the Hungarian Beef Goulash Pot Pie ($14.50) - simmered for more than five hours!
The pungent Goulash was rich and lies somewhat more like a sauce, and the main ingredients include beef and paprika. The comfort food was satisfying with tender and sumptuous beef cubes.
Thank you @piesncoffee for the hosted meal!

I liked this {Lobster Bisque baked rice} mainly because there is this layer of melty cheese hahaha but ok I'm giving @piesncoffee credit for this amazing dish - lobster bisque sauce simmered for 6 hours with seafood and vegetables and topped with dory + mussels, really makes the cut for a good late afternoon brunch! And yes, they have more than just #piesncoffee 🙈

In frame is one of them, Lobster Bisque Baked Rice [$14.90]. Made using fresh flower crab, slipper lobsters and prawns. All the yummy seafood put together. They also use onions, mixed herb, carrots and celeries together with prawn stock to soak and drench the char broiled grain rice. Guess how long it takes to prepare this dish? 6 HOURS!! Definitely loving the cheesy and taste of fresh seafood. 😋

Thank you @piesncoffee and Jana for the invite.
