Last time was a fluke, apparently my parents said they didn't detect anything wrong w it at all when they had it on the day itself.
And today proves it, it's good as usual without any stench. Maybe don't leave this overnight in the fridge
Somehow this time there's a very strong stench, like from dirty pig intestines. The braise is actl q unique, it reminds me of the sweet style but it's not very sweet. Did they change the recipe?
There's 2 huge pieces of pork ribs. Really tender and flavourful, and the soup is the original pig organ's soup but peppery. Not bad at all
Still quite decent, even if nowhere near the standard of the original outlet.
However when the soup travels, inevitably some ingredients are abysmally overcooked
Not very heavily seasoned which is nice also, slanting towards sweet variety.
The texture of the fats and the skin was absolutely wonderful, really sticky. However the meat was slightly subpar
