Not only its pig's trotter is good the beef tendon is just as good. Hence the addition of $1 of beef tendon. Really yummy yummy yum yum yum. Posted by Ah Leong San 2016 May 28

This is, to my knowledge, the only stall selling such noodle. Pig's trotter braised with fermented bean curd is a HK styled food. This chef comes from HK and his unique noodle (though sinful to some) is truly something you should try. Opens from breakfast till lunch and closed on Mondays and Thursdays this stall sells other items such as soya sauce chicken mee and braised beef brisket mee.

His clear soup was rather bland but it matched perfectly with the bee Hoon. You could always ask for more spring onions and pepper salt. .

The owner used red fermented bean curd, 南乳 to braised the trotter. It helped to remove the porky smell and gave this dish a depth of flavors. The tendon and meat were so tender that I hardly need to bite.
If you are afraid of the alkaline smell in the noodle, just ask for a bit of vinegar or eat the bee hoon instead. .

This dish is just as good as Fatty Ox the stall next door. Fragrant sauce and tender chicken. Drumstick mee for $4. Really value for money.
