Looking for salmon-anything? Pink Fish was the answer that I was returned with while I was searching for a nice lunch place.

The Hawaiian Poké (S$14.90 for a medium bowl) stood out to me because it contained avocado and had a mango hot sauce as its dressing. I was pretty happy as I slowly consumed my meal, not only because I wanted to savour the freshness of the Norwegian salmon, but also to make sure that the tangy sauce would not be too spicy for me to eat quickly.

Since everyone else seemed to have ordered their salmon burgers, maybe I should also give it a go during my next visit.

Came for late dinner on Christmas Day, so quite a few menu items were sold out, no burgers or rice (quinoa only)
- Largest poke cubes I’ve ever seen
- Tasty sauces, mala was innovative and tasted almost authentic.
- Service: staff walked right past messy tables, wait time for food was long despite no food being cooked
- Sides: “chips” are not fries, but a small cup of odd tasting and broken potato chips
- Ingredients: Japanese and Hawaiian bowls only consist of 3-4 ingredients, seems like something simple that can be made at home.

Hawaiian Poke Bowl + Drink + Fish Skin side, Medium size ($14.90) x 2

Firstly, the portions are BIG. We ate till we nearly passed out lol. Medium was way too big for us, should’ve gotten Small. I can’t imagine Large.

Not bad, the raw salmon comes in huge chunks and the sauces are tasty! These poke bowls come with rice too. Fish skin was yummy.

The salmon is supposed to be sustainably sourced from Norway, so that’s a plus!

Not bad!

Food was ok but customer service was so bad!! 14.90 for medium is ideal.

Stew was buttery, smooth, and had a thin / more towards watery texture rather than a thick chowder-like consistency. It was nice, there was a few chunks of salmon in the soup. I really wouldn’t pay for this at full price, $10.90 for a bowl of soup is a bit much - with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal I think it is alright.

I loved that we had a wonderful view of the Jewel fountain as well!

The salmon patty was good. I liked the bread buns. The sambal slaw was surprisingly addictive as well, it went well with the picked onions and cucumbers. Unfortunately the taste of the salted egg got overpowered and we could hardly taste it at all. Overall a nice burger, made worth it with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal.
