Thanks to Pink Fish for being my saviour. The American Chilli Bowl Soup comes with beans, coriander, tortilla chips and topped with grilled salmon fillets. The portion comes in 3 sizes - Nibbles ($10.90), Hungry ($14.90), and Starving ($18.90).

features a menu inspired by his travels around the world, with flavours from countries such as
India, Hawaii and Spain being injected into the hero-protein and the star of the menu: fresh,
Norwegian salmon.

At Jewel Changi Airport, Pink Fish presents its original menu with the following categories:

The menu allows customers to customise their
portion of salmon for Salads & Wraps, Soups and Raw, ranging from:
Nibbles (50g)
Hungry (100g)
Starving (150g)
Burgers each come with a generous weigh of 110g serving of Salmon.

Customers will also get to pick from a range of sides to complement their dishes. There will
also be a “Catch of the Month”, where different seafood items will be showcased, based on
the season and Chef Geir’s inspirations.

Hailing from Norway, Norwegian salmon chain store Pink Fish sets ashore and opened their first stall outside of their home country in Jewel Changi. My American Hawaiian Poke bowl comes with delicious and fresh salmon cubes and chili marinated Crispy Greens layered up with a satisfying serving of rice. Aside from Poke bowls, they also have burgers, salads, soups, and wraps.
