Queued for almost 20min when there were only 3 people ahead of me. Just to put in my order. After queueing, still waited for 30min for our food only to be told they ran out of eggs and would be replacing with more fish. The mala salmon was good, but the normal flavoured one was boring. Portions were generous considering I used burpple beyond. Will be back to try the highly rated burgers!

But the creaminess of salmon works well with the heat. The bowl also comes with rice or quinoa, beancurd, an onsen egg.
I need to order this soon!
Thanks for sending this over, Pink Fish! You can order yours via the usual food delivery platforms or call 6909-9771.

Stumbled upon this little joint at Jewel for its affordability compared to the other options. Their Poke Bowl had delicious chunks of salmon that you could really sink your teeth into and their stew (pictured) tastes much better than it looks. Their burger really surprised me with a tasty and generous salmon patty though it was a tad salty. Definitely a must try!

According to 8days,Β https://www.8days.sg/eatanddrink/restaurantreviews/mad-about-salmon-pink-fish-is-the-healthy-fast-food-joint-for-11550142, apart from their 6 outlets across Norway, this outlet is their 'first overseas outpost'. Pink Fish is focused on sustainability, from their sustainably sourced salmon to their biodegradable cutleries. Naturally, this increases the price of their food. The medium poke bowl I ordered, which came with 100g of salmon, hence came up to $14.90 + $1 to change the rice to quinoa. Other condiments including soy sauce, sriracha, ketchup, and a delicious slightly fishy tasting sambal sauce are provided at the self-service counter as well.

Peruvian Poke Bowl, Medium with Quinoa ($15.90)
This is their limited edition bowl for the month (I heard that their limited edition bowls run across 2 months whereby cod fish was served previously). The selling point for this bowl would be their jalapenos sauce which came in a greenish hue that would made you think it was made out of blended vegetables. Upon tasting it though, both my friend and I were blown away by the flavour. It's a mixture of 6 different ingredients including apple cider, miso and jalapenos, the rest of which is kept secret. Their spiciest sauce to date, I felt that it was just the right amount of spice and it was so good that when the staff kindly offered to refill it, I readily said yes. The chunks of salmon were thick and had a good layer of fat, making it very satisfying to sink my teeth into. Cucumbers, onions and diced carrots made up the rest of the dish and while this may sound bland, the quinoa had some sort of spicy mayo and soya sauce within as well. Just be sure to mix the bowl really well though as the bottom of my bowl was far too saltish due to my ignorance of the generous serving of soya sauce embedded within. Overall, it was surprisingly flavourful and satisfying. If not for the price, I would definitely go for the Large in future.
