Auspicious Lohei Set - $29.80
Spirulina Noodle w Salmon & Fiskekaker
My first time visiting Pink Fish outlet at One Raffles Place, and it’s time to HAUT! Had their latest Lohei set, which is great for 3-4 pax sharing. First thing you will spot is the generous portion of Norwegian salmon sashimi cubes! That’s the dream of salmon sashimi lover like myself! They also offer Lohei for individual portion. I tried their spirulina noodle bowl, which comes with QQ noodles, Norwegian salmon & fiskekaker (fishcake) which Norwegian have as traditional comfort food! Awesome meal at Pink Fish as always
Pink Fish

Auspicious Lo Hei - Made with only fresh garden picks and golden salted egg fish skin for a savoury crunch, the yusheng is topped generously with meaty chunks of fresh Norwegian salmon, and dressed with a specially-concocted plum sauce armed with refreshingly sweet and tangy notes. Folks who aren’t fans of raw food can opt for their equally tasty grilled salmon to go with your lo hei.

pink fish closes tmr at jewel omg😭😭 decided to drop by one last time and had the 6pc cod nuggets & chips w tartar sauce ($10.90). i’ve always like how pink fish manages to make their food taste so healthy and clean even though it’s deemed as fast food.

i also loved that they gave WAFFLE fries instead of regular fries hehe🍟

Ordered the Japanese poke, Hawaiian poke, American BBQ burger and avocado burger. Nothing to shout about though, portions were small and pretty mediocre

This is an underwhelming burger as the sauce and salmon patty doesn't seem to go well together despite being one of the more conservative flavours. The other flavours include bibimbap, curry fishhead, avocado, sambal. It might be a better choice to try their generous poke bowls instead.

Highlight of the dish was the ~12 cubes of raw salmon of course, which was more generous than I expected. Salmon was really fresh and there was no fishy taste. Dish came with an enormous portion of greens, including broccoli, long beans, cabbage, avocado and onions (it's a green to me too). Served with white rice at the bottom, and topped with a sauce that contains mustard.

For $14++, the dish was pretty worth it and the portion was large enough to feed 1 to 2 people. Certainly a healthier option than many of the other food options at Jewel.
