Who needs pizza if you can get your pita so crisp and light.

Loaded with garlic and cheese and accompanied with a velvety smooth homemade hummus .

Everything is about TOP notch quality and balance at Pistachio Grill.

The best place for middle eastern and Mediterranean food .

Few restaurants wow me these days but pistachio Grill definitely sits at the TOP of my list. This place puts Michelin graded restaurants to shame literally 🤣.

If I can go back to the same place within 10 days - it says a lot .

Chef kaled nailed every dish with such finesse , care and sincerity . Soul food is what I call this .

The Chicken was tender and marinated with complex flavours - I can’t even break down its components because everything was held together so perfectly .

The saffron rice was light and fluffy and I assure you - you just can’t have enough of it .

The extremely salad with the tangy yoghurt sauce was a nice way to balance out the meal.

Everything is about top quality , balance and flavours at pistachio .

Service is extremely extremely good - you get to see Chef Khaled going amongst the restaurant to see his customers - extremely humble and talented Chef who cooks with so much love .

If only we had more of such places to visit in Singapore .

Kinda disappointed. Skewers came dripping but lamb chops and beef kebab weren't juicy. Lamb had no lamb flavour. Only chicken kebab was good, very close to pandan chicken. Saffron rice and greens were negligible.

An aesthetically-wow dish comprising chicken kebab, lamb chops and beef kebab, this is an obvious choice for first-timers or people who likes variety. However, I would advise against because the only tasty component here is the tender and flavoursome chicken kebab - the lamb chops and beef kebab are on the tougher side so you don't really get to enjoy the spice-infused meat. The saffron rice is decent, but the aromatic rice that came with the Egyptian Fish Singary was better.

That's a hefty price to pay for a dish, but boy this is good stuff. Premium pricing aside, this dish is pretty humble - oven-baked deboned whole red snapper topped with simple ingredients like onions, carrots and baby shrimps. It's nothing over-the-top, just downright delicious and hearty as the fish is fresh and the earthy spices on point. It also pairs really well with their chilli and aromatic basmati rice.

Note: This dish is great for 4 and requires a pre-order!

Located in low-key Zhongshan Mall, this 30-seater doles out seriously delicious Middle Eastern and Mediterranean fare. Burppler Kelly Wong describes the juicy, olive oil-marinated Shish Taouk ($17.90) with saffron basmati rice to be one of the best she's ever had. Order also the addictive Hummus Kawerma ($9.90, topped with minced beef) to share.
