Freshly baked from scratch daily with the best ingredients, @pitabakerysingapore is a hidden gem๐ + boutique Middle Eastern bakery that specialises in Pocket Pita Bread. Using an original 7๏ธโฃ0๏ธโฃ0๏ธโฃ years old recipe, all natural with no preservatives, Iโm proud๐ to say their food is Halal-Certified, Vegan & Kosher. To add on, their special home-made Hummus, Babaganoush and Falafel base are all produced fresh on a daily basis too๐.
For first-timers at @pitabakerysingapore, here are my recommendations๐!
๐Taste It All (perfect for 2 pax) - SGD25
2 Pita bread of your choice, 9 Falafel balls, Hummus (chickpea dip), Babaganoush (roasted eggplant dip), Salad, Turshi pickles, Tahini (sesame seed dip), Amba (turmeric pickled mango dip), Harissa (hot chilli dip)
๐Pita Chips - SGD3
sprinkled with Cajun or Zaโatar herbs
Served warm with a fluffy centre, their Garlic Pita bread and Zaโatar Pita bread are hot favourites๐. Simply great on its own, but best paired with their Hummus and Babaganoush dips. Their Babaganoush is really a must-try๐!
Next up is their crispy yet moist Falafel balls that are made of ground chickpeas and deep-fried to perfection๐คฉ. To get flavour bombs๐ฃ in your mouth, these bite-sized morsels are best paired with their Tahini, Amba & Harissa.
Finally, be sure to order a bowl of addictive๐ฌ Pita Chips which were crispy and well-seasoned. I had fun plunging them into the various dips๐!
๐Thanks @pitabakerysingapore for having me! You havenโt seen the last of me๐.

Pita chips were ultra crispy and well-seasoned. Great receptacle for the dips, and definitely one for lovers of fried foods.

The Taste It All ($25) variety platter came with 9 falafel balls, 3 dips, 2 pitas, pickled vegetables, and salad. We were huge fans of their falafels (5 โญ), with its ultra crisp exterior encasing fluffy, herbaceous mashed chickpeas. They lived up to those we tried in Israel and Jordan! Paired with the various dips, these were bursting bombs of flavour!
They offer a range of flavoured pitas at $2.20 on top of the usual plain ($1) or whole wheat ($1.20). We tried two flavours, and preferred the garlic (4.5 โญ) that was pillowy soft with fragrant but not overpowering garlic aromas. We found the zaโatar (3.5 โญ) version to be a little dry, and the herbs not particularly prominent.

If you are a fan of freshly baked bread, you gotta try @pitabakerysingapore - A humble bakery serving authentic Mediterranean food. The Pitas served here are all freshly baked in the restaurant. Swipe to see the pitas making process!
Fret not if you think itโs intimidating to order food items that you are not familiar with, because their hospitality is superb! Once we entered, we were warmly recommended to get the ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ with ๐๐โ๐๐ญ๐๐ซ and ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฌ, and a side of ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ.
The Taste It All Platter boasts a generous amount and variety of dips! Thereโs ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ฉ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐๐ and 3 in-house dips, namely ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐จ๐๐๐. The Hummus dip was creamy and has a smooth texture whereas the Baba Ganoush dip was flavorful with a grainy texture.
The soft and fluffy Pitas were served hot to us. My favourite dip to go with the Pita Bread will have to be Baba Ganoush! It enhances the overall flavor and texture of the soft and fluffy Pita Bread.
Next is the crispy ๐ญ๐๐๐๐๐๐ balls! A mixture of herbs and spices fills your mouth as you take a bite into the crispy yet moist Falafel. Pair it with their dips for some flavor bombs! Not forgetting their ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐, which I love! Itโs crunchy, not oily and well-seasoned. I love dipping them into the Tahini dip! So good!
Though I am not used to the flavors of the salad and pickled vegetables, they were refreshing nonetheless. @pitabakerysingapore is definitely a small and cosy unassuming hole-in-the-wall bakery! Hit them up for authentic and tasty Mediterranean food ๐๐ป!
The pita bread was so soft and fluffy. I like that it was generously filled with falafels, tahini and salad to make it that much healthier. Each bite was a beautiful medley of flavour, guaranteed to leave you wanting more.
Overall I find the wrap tastes really deliciously authentic and a great value for money.
A favourite spot! Always love some super soft and fluffy pita and fresh homemade hummus from Pita Bakery. Had this gorgeous โTaste it Allโ platter during a recent visit and finally got to try everything they have on the menu - hummus, baba ganoush, falafels, salad, pickled veg and 3 dips (amba, harissa & tahini), with a choice of 2 pita. We topped up more pita to share among the 3 of us and it was so filling. Enjoyed the food as usual, though I must admit that we werenโt as used to the flavours of the salad and pickled vegetables.
While youโre here, pls get their pita chips ($3) too! They are fried strips of pita - SO crunchy, not oily and were seasoned perfectly. Know it can be quite intimidating if youโve never ordered before or are not familiar with the items, but the service is always fab.
