I’ve always wanted to try pita bakery but in the past they didn’t have a seat down area. Now it has around 10 seats? Fill free sandwich has vegetables and falafel w a spicy sauce and a yoghurt sauce. Would be great if there was some hummus but I guess I will have to go down and get their tasting set to try their hummus!

Just note that they're vegetarian so you don't come expecting a pita stuffed with juicy meatballs. But no less tasty at all. Those veggie balls were crisp on the outside, moist on the inside. Comes with sauerkraut which added a tangy kick. Very filling so come with a friend when using your Burpplebeyond.

Oops, accidentally took a bite of the pita before taking the photo; was too excited to eat it. And it didn't disappoint, falafel was freshly fried, with just the right level of spice. Will definitely be back for more!

2 of us shared the I’m Hungry Set which consisted of two pitas (select from a variety of flavours with additional charge), hummus and falafel. The falafels were smaller than expected but were nicely crisp and packed with spices. The hummus was smooth and creamy, not overly gritty like some others. A dollop of red spicy paste in the middle added a kick. Would come back to try the other flavours of pita.

This is a great find! Simple short menu. They do it very simply but they do it really well. Falefal are crisp, fried upon order. Pita bread freshly baked daily. My personal preference is for a chunky hummus but this still hits the spot. I'm not gonna say it's as good as the ones in the middle east (can't compare to pita baked in a stone oven) but this is probably as close as it gets locally.

To explain the context- this I had after a pint of beer. The fried-upon-order falafels doused in a mirage of sauces, pickled and un-pickled vegetables were like the best thing to have in that context. I mean fried food with (just 1) pint of booze could hardly go wrong; but the pita sandwiches with fried falalfels were almost like a gift from above.
Another burpplebeyond outdoing yourself moment, as $8 U.P. for these vegetarian sandwiches I’d considered slight steep but $4 I’d gladly have over and over again.
