Did you know that @pitabakerysingapore has been around for 8 years?!โœจ serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine freshly baked everyday from scratch๐Ÿคฉtheir in-house special hummus, babaganoush and falafel base are produce on a daily basis as well๐Ÿ‘ when you canโ€™t travel to Middle East, you can still enjoy middle eastern cuisine conveniently and affordablyโœจ even in your home ๐Ÿ  they are on foodpanda ๐Ÿผโœจ highly recommend their pita chip ($3) which is fried pita bread sticks holly, I didnโ€™t realized till the end๐Ÿ˜‚ truly have the savory and crisp of potato friesโ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’• but healthier!๐Ÿ™Œ do check them out! They are on @burpple as well๐ŸŽ‰ thank you for inviting @pitabakerysingapore ๐Ÿ’•

Freshly baked from scratch daily with the best ingredients, @pitabakerysingapore is a hidden gem๐Ÿ’Ž + boutique Middle Eastern bakery that specialises in Pocket Pita Bread. Using an original 7๏ธโƒฃ0๏ธโƒฃ0๏ธโƒฃ years old recipe, all natural with no preservatives, Iโ€™m proud๐Ÿ˜Œ to say their food is Halal-Certified, Vegan & Kosher. To add on, their special home-made Hummus, Babaganoush and Falafel base are all produced fresh on a daily basis too๐Ÿ‘.

For first-timers at @pitabakerysingapore, here are my recommendations๐Ÿ˜Š!
๐Ÿ‘‰Taste It All (perfect for 2 pax) - SGD25
2 Pita bread of your choice, 9 Falafel balls, Hummus (chickpea dip), Babaganoush (roasted eggplant dip), Salad, Turshi pickles, Tahini (sesame seed dip), Amba (turmeric pickled mango dip), Harissa (hot chilli dip)
๐Ÿ‘‰Pita Chips - SGD3
sprinkled with Cajun or Zaโ€™atar herbs

Served warm with a fluffy centre, their Garlic Pita bread and Zaโ€™atar Pita bread are hot favourites๐Ÿ˜. Simply great on its own, but best paired with their Hummus and Babaganoush dips. Their Babaganoush is really a must-try๐Ÿ˜‹!

Next up is their crispy yet moist Falafel balls that are made of ground chickpeas and deep-fried to perfection๐Ÿคฉ. To get flavour bombs๐Ÿ’ฃ in your mouth, these bite-sized morsels are best paired with their Tahini, Amba & Harissa.

Finally, be sure to order a bowl of addictive๐Ÿ˜ฌ Pita Chips which were crispy and well-seasoned. I had fun plunging them into the various dips๐Ÿ˜‚!

๐Ÿ’ŒThanks @pitabakerysingapore for having me! You havenโ€™t seen the last of me๐Ÿ˜‰.

Pita chips were ultra crispy and well-seasoned. Great receptacle for the dips, and definitely one for lovers of fried foods.

The Taste It All ($25) variety platter came with 9 falafel balls, 3 dips, 2 pitas, pickled vegetables, and salad. We were huge fans of their falafels (5 โญ), with its ultra crisp exterior encasing fluffy, herbaceous mashed chickpeas. They lived up to those we tried in Israel and Jordan! Paired with the various dips, these were bursting bombs of flavour!

They offer a range of flavoured pitas at $2.20 on top of the usual plain ($1) or whole wheat ($1.20). We tried two flavours, and preferred the garlic (4.5 โญ) that was pillowy soft with fragrant but not overpowering garlic aromas. We found the zaโ€™atar (3.5 โญ) version to be a little dry, and the herbs not particularly prominent.

If you are a fan of freshly baked bread, you gotta try @pitabakerysingapore - A humble bakery serving authentic Mediterranean food. The Pitas served here are all freshly baked in the restaurant. Swipe to see the pitas making process!

Fret not if you think itโ€™s intimidating to order food items that you are not familiar with, because their hospitality is superb! Once we entered, we were warmly recommended to get the ๐“๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž ๐ˆ๐ญ ๐€๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ with ๐™๐šโ€™๐š๐ญ๐š๐ซ and ๐†๐š๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฌ, and a side of ๐๐ข๐ญ๐š ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ.

The Taste It All Platter boasts a generous amount and variety of dips! Thereโ€™s ๐‘ฏ๐’–๐’Ž๐’Ž๐’–๐’”, ๐‘ฉ๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’‚ ๐‘ฎ๐’‚๐’๐’๐’–๐’”๐’‰ and 3 in-house dips, namely ๐‘ป๐’‚๐’‰๐’Š๐’๐’Š, ๐‘ฏ๐’‚๐’“๐’Š๐’”๐’”๐’‚ and ๐‘จ๐’Ž๐’ƒ๐’‚. The Hummus dip was creamy and has a smooth texture whereas the Baba Ganoush dip was flavorful with a grainy texture.

The soft and fluffy Pitas were served hot to us. My favourite dip to go with the Pita Bread will have to be Baba Ganoush! It enhances the overall flavor and texture of the soft and fluffy Pita Bread.

Next is the crispy ๐‘ญ๐’‚๐’๐’‚๐’‡๐’†๐’ balls! A mixture of herbs and spices fills your mouth as you take a bite into the crispy yet moist Falafel. Pair it with their dips for some flavor bombs! Not forgetting their ๐‘ท๐’Š๐’•๐’‚ ๐‘ช๐’‰๐’Š๐’‘๐’”, which I love! Itโ€™s crunchy, not oily and well-seasoned. I love dipping them into the Tahini dip! So good!

Though I am not used to the flavors of the salad and pickled vegetables, they were refreshing nonetheless. @pitabakerysingapore is definitely a small and cosy unassuming hole-in-the-wall bakery! Hit them up for authentic and tasty Mediterranean food ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป!
