Loved the salmon, and its crust which was perfectly done. And for someone whom is not exactly a big fan for fish, I give this a thumbs up. 👍 One improvement can be in the plating - I couldn't find a good angle to take photos, be it top-down or low/frontal. Or maybe it's just me... 😂 And I would very much prefer a long strip than this block of salmon meat.... Maybe that was why the plate looked so empty.
This kinda sums up the best of what NTU has to offer. Pitchstop Cafe's carbonara and cheesecake, NIE's Bak Chor Mee, Can 2's Ayam Penyet, Pioneer's Ah Lian Bee Hoon (which I find mediocre).
