Love their Korean fried chicken more than their pizza, always came back for their chicken!!
Ordered Honey Garlic Chicken (6 pieces) and Tender and chips
The chicken is so crispy and tender that even the breast isn’t dry however the tenders were not so yummy
Spent around $20.55 each for 2 pax after ++

We heard many rave reviews about the fried chicken and pizzas at Pizzamaru and we decided that we had to give it a shot! For the pizza, we decided to try out the Cheesy Maru Oppa pizza, which costs around $20++ for a 9 inch pizza! The mainstay of the pizza were the spiced chicken chunks and the slices of chicken ham, although these were only slightly spicy! These were accompanied by mushrooms and broccoli and served with a very generous amount of stretchy mozzarella cheese! That's quite a lot of ingredients and they paired really well although this was our first time seeing broccoli on pizza!

The most unique feature of the pizza was the dough, which was pretty thin towards the centre but rather thick on the outside! While the dough tasted pretty healthy and it wasn't too oily, it was a little tough to bite and it might take some effort on your end if you gotta eat many slices!

Nonetheless, it was still a pretty great meal and do give it a try if you are in Northpoint! Do note that it is tucked away in a corner at one end of B1 so you may need some effort to find the restaurant. It also does not accept reservations so you may need to go early to get a seat!

We ordered the Rosé Shrimp Pasta, and Garlic Dak Gangjeong fried chicken and Honey Garlic Gangjeong fried chicken. The chicken were hot, tender and pretty juicy! However, not a huge fan of the sauces as they were on the sweet side.

Managed to catch National Day deal, which was 30% off on all fried chicken. Our bill totalled up to be around $55 for 3pax! Worth it!

First try. The pizza and chicken tastes good. The chicken is really crispy and tender. Love it! Definitely will visit again.

Quite good fried chicken. Batter was crispy and tasty, not too salty. The sauce was sweet and paired really nicely with the saltiness of the fried chicken.

We bought this under “Two is Better Than One” item on Foodpanda, where you can pick 2 different fried chicken flavours and get 6 of each! Our order came on time as well which was great.

Quite good fried chicken. Batter was crispy and tasty, not too salty. Jjampong Mayo was a nice sauce, if you want something creamy and spicy at the same time, similar to sriracha.

Dough was chewy and yummy. Garlic taste wasn’t very pungent but more on the subtle fragrance side. BBQ sauce was nice. Overall a pretty solid pizza, though definitely on the very pricey side. Not too bad for sharing once in awhile but probably not if you’re on a budget.

We pre-ordered it on Foodpanda and it came on time :)

overall : 6.5/10

It's understandable that with the Covid-19 situation that a lot of places are strapped for space. But still to seat your customers near where you throw your rubbish and dump/wash your dirty dishes really speaks volumes in my opinion. And when you add this to the fact that table is just in front of where you keep all your cups and plastic bags, then really it is just hmmmm.

Ordered their signature BBQ Chicago pizza. It was SUPER JELAK. I think can serve 3-4 pax. The cheese is a lot and very filling. If you have a big appetite then you can try eating this. The garlic dak gangjeong chicken is awesome though the batter is quite thick.

Came back a second time and decided to try their classic cream pasta. Their cream sauce is still consistently good!

Almost as good and authentic as the cream pasta I had in Korea!

Beef steak, onion, mushroom, bell pepper, steak bulgalbi sauce, mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese - not my typical choice of pizza but I wanted to try something different. It was not bad! It was a creamy type of pizza, but the veggies added a nice crunch for contrast.

However, the one thing I didn't enjoy about their pizzas this time around (I LOVED it the first 2 times I ate) was that they were super salty. Perhaps the Yishun branch is just not as consistent as the rest. I would recommend trying the Bugis branch, or the Jewel one when it reopens.

I've always love these...Sinnfully Cheesy Fried stuff.

We ordered margherita pizza (meatless) and it was very nice despite having simple ingredients. The cheese was very nice. We ordered this pizza and a fried chicken dish. The portion was too big for 2 adults. The chicken dish was nothing to shout about.

Ordered the Chicago Black Dough Pizza which came with a cheese crust and seafood toppings ($29.90++) took 30 mins for preparation (which our waiter was kind enough to warn us on when we ordered) but it was worth the wait! The flavours mesh well together, crust had abit of honey and almond flakes to balance the savoury seafood flavours. Will definitely come back to try the other flavours!

For the Korean Style Fried chicken, we ordered the Two is better than 1 set (Also $29.90++)where we could order 6 wings of 1 flavour and another 6 of another. We chose the jjampong mayo and honey garlic, highly recommend jjampong mayo for the spicy food lovers!

Overall experience was great, didn't have to queue for too long and service was pretty good!

Featured here is the Duck Duck Goes Quack Quack but I know there are many many other flavours and type of pizzas there. They have different bases such as green tea dough, cheese stuffed pizza, etc. For all the pizzas there was a generous amount of topping. The dough was soft and nice to chew. Perhaps there could be a thin crust option, but otherwise, a very pleasant meal.

- Kimchi Bay (green tea dough): the dough is really really amazingly nice! So chewy and soft, feels like eating premium bread while enjoying the flavourfulness of pizza. The only thins is the topping doesn’t have kimchi taste at all, it’s quite plain and a bit creamy.
- Spicy Seafood Toppokki: their Toppokki is nice! Recommended! Very enjoyable to chew. Perfect appetiser to start your meal!
