Lost count of the number of times my hoomans have been here! The staffs are friendly and the gelato here is way too good to believe that it is all handmade.

Ordered the waffles with double scoop ($12.50) with the flavours, hojicha and black sesame. The waffles are just the way i like it — crispy and hojicha (in my hoomans’ humble opinion) is the best.

I know for sure they will always be back here for more gelato fix! Truly one of the best in the West area. 😋

Ordered earl grey lavender and thai milk tea ice cream and it's amazing!!

Waffles is definitely on the saltier side, which is balanced well with the sweet creamy Gelato

I believe its $9 for a single scoop with waffles?

What's better than having Gelatos & Waffles On A Saturday!.

Check out this 2 Months Old Gelato Café - [@pobosg]. Tucked Away In The Quaint Neighbourhood Of Clementi West!.

Just ~2 months old into the hood, another new cafe addition to the West! Featuring homemade gelato of assorted flavours, there’s also freshly baked Belgian waffles for you to pair these scoops of smooth, creamy delight with! ✨ Matcha, Houjicha and 70% Dark chocolate were our pick for the day, nestling in top of a thick, fluffy Belgian waffles with slightly crisp edges. Served with a side of maple syrup, the texture of the waffles was done right though I would personally prefer if there is some buttery fragrance for the flavour as well! Nevertheless, the main highlight here is the gelato, with Houjicha being my personal favourite flavour among all, possessing a lingering aroma with a prominent roasted flavour. The matcha comes with a subtle earthy bitter undertone that was lingering but pretty mild in flavour for my liking. As for the 70% Dark chocolate, it was bittersweet, luscious and thick, though I wouldn’t mind a higher intensity of bitter undertone to its cacao-packed flavour. Looking forward to try the other flavours on my next visit such as the Earl grey lavender & seasalt lemon (which I’ve missed out on the previous trip)! 🍨 . Thanks @pobosg for the great hospitality and for lending us the props for our photos! 💕🙆🏻‍♀️ .

From Pobo Gelato, a new gelato shop located at West Coast Community Centre which serves gelato in waffles, cones and cups.

Thought the gelato was actually pretty good, especially for their flavours; the Houjicha carrying a roasty aroma with an alluring tea fragrance, while the Pistachio was rich and nutty. Thought the texture of the gelato was decent, but could be even better if it were to be stickier. Waffles were fluffy, though could carry a stronger buttermilk fragrance and more crisp on the exterior for better texture. Still a good location for some gelato of respectable quality in the area, especially considering the lack of cafes around West Coast.
