The chicken dinner was deep-fried morsels with BBQ sauce, scallion, pickled chilli and sesame. Nice but nothing special. The fancy fries are said to be "double cooked" and seasoned with "crushed herb kosher salt", but it's just fries lah.

With miso bearnaise sauce, smoked chicken sausage, floss, chives, scallions, pickled chilli. It's the first time I've seen fries cut like that. It's shaped like something between fries, wedges and chips. Given the garnish, it's a flavour attack. You can't not love miso bearnaise. But the sausage is dumb lol.

Food at Potato Head is courtesy of Three Buns the burger joint. This uses Tasmanian vintage beef, roasted portobello, smoked Applewood cheddar, truffle aioli, garlic miso butter, double ketchup, toasted demi brioche bun. I skipped their popular Smokin' B-boy as this comprises ingredients I love. Everything came together well. The Applewood was melted while they used a whole portobello, providing a good complement to my medium-rare beef. The burger can be bigger, but it's not a deal-breaker.

This was absolutely delicious! This dish had chopped mushrooms lining the bottom with a choice of chicken or beef sausage as well as a creamy and cheesy miso butter on top, which were all in a buttered and grilled brioche bun. I opted for the Beef sausage which came in a crisp outer layering which burst upon every bite. It was juicy and had just enough flavour without it being too salty! Every bite was laden with truffle flavour which made it so enjoyable! Overall, an immensely enjoyable order (9/10) and I would definitely order this again!

Baby Huey ($18!)

One of the best burgers I had! My friend and I were completely wowed the moment we took our first bite. The bun was buttered before toasting and the patty was nicely crisp at the edges but juicy in the middle. What really blew us away was the SAUCE!!!! It was creamy and savoury all at once and it complemented the pickled onions so well. We loved every bite. While it might be slightly pricey, we decided it’s definitely worth every cent. Will come back again (10/10)

Naughty Fries ($14 before gst)

Really enjoyed this one! I was surprised at the taste because I was expecting something spicy with a kick but to me, it was cheesier than expected! It was a mixture of cheese, spice, minced beef, shallots, spring onions and chopped chilli! The potatoes were irregularly cut which added some form of texture than the ordinary straight cut fries. They also kept the potato skin which made it even crispier! Every bite contained the cheesy sauce with just enough shallots and beef to give you a mouthful of texture and flavour! 9/10 from me! :)
