Very nice bites like kueh pie ti, muah chee, popiah etc with very wide selection of drinks - with hojicha latte and matcha latte etc!! Definitely highly recommended :)

Haven’t been back here for 9 months. So glad it survived the COVID and is still operating. The portions and ingredients are generous. The Laksa Noodles have two huge prawns. The Claypot Chicken comes with baguette, one drumstick and two smaller parts. Including drinks, I paid $13.40 for 1-1 deal. They even provide you a paper box to throw away the chicken bones and prawn shells. It is definitely an underrated place, friendly staff and simple, yummy food!
We opted for the shiok sambal spicy variation of this dish. It was really quite spicy and shiok like they said! We enjoyed it. The dish also comes with stir-fried prawns and 63deg Celsius sous vide egg. Worth it with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal.
The chicken was braised well and it was very tasty. The rice was fragrant. The 63deg Celsius sous vide egg was a great accompaniment.

There was a lot of milk in this, so it tasted more like milk than hojicha. It’s not too bad since I do like milk, but I wished the hojicha taste was stronger. Overall still a nice drink though.
We purchased this drink as part of the Beyond main dish + drink 1-for-1 deal, so it was pretty worth it!
