A video of the Salted Yolk Lava Cheese Tart ($2.8)

And there's salted egg in it too!! Also, looking at all the cross section pics on Instagram the Bake Cheese tart pics don't seem to flow, they look so dense in comparison to the Prima Deli salted egg cheese tart which flows so smoothly once you slice into it! 😱

It comes in Original ($2) and Salted Egg Yolk ($2.40), both with rich creamy cheese encased in the buttery crust. My heart definitely goes with the Salted Egg York Lava Cheese Tart that pairs very well with the layer of grainy salted egg yolk that flows out.

Finally got my hands on this after only being able to get the regular cheese tart last time! I left this at room temperature after walking home in the rain for 3 hours and when I ate it w/o toasting the salted yolk still flowed! Felt there was too much crust to filling ratio, but still a pretty good bang for your buck! Had this with banana milk because I have an obsession with anything bananas 🍌 since forever.
