Salted Egg Tart from Prima deli. It's actually not bad! The crust is thick but buttery... But salted egg yolk is runny but doesn't flow out like lava cakes but good in a way it's not messy to eat. Iirc it's $2.80 not cheap.

Finally got to try Prima Deli's salted yolk lava cheese tarts and they're not bad! Extremely buttery and crumbly crust encasing a rich slightly oozy salted egg yolk casing that had a good amount of sweetness. A lil' too pricey at $2.80 per tart tho!

SALTED EGG EVERYTHING IS THE WAY TO GO. But it doesn't mean you'd guarantee yourself regular patrons should you not be able to do it well. Prima deli probably knows and goes onto a journey to do their best. I didn't heat it long enough but the salted egg yolk with cheese are still really good. Definitely value for money. Not to mention, the base is buttery and nice, oh goodness.

These are all the rage right now and one can totally understand why after you sink your teeth in one. Fluffy, with the right balance of cheese and tart with the oozing goodness of salted egg. Brilliant!
