Projek Nasi Lemak recently moved from their original location at Dato Keramat to a new location, which is very near to the airport.
Perhaps when you come to Penang next time, you can head over to this place for some really good local nasi lemak.
They do served a set for 2 people that comes with fried chicken, fried fish and fried sotong; together with lady finger, blue pea rice, peanut, egg, ikan bilis and chili sauce. The set also comes with 2 coconut shake.
the sambal had ikan bilis,onions and tomato chunks that rly enhanced the flavour of the whole dish. the chicken leg was HUGEEE, fried perfectly crisp on the outside yet still retaining its juiciness and tenderness on the inside 🤤

The mee goreng is cooked with oily texture in way that give a smooth taste. Do love the taste of oily texture which is well done. However the Fried Chicken is tasteless and doesn't give any flavor.
