Handpicked blue swimmers, chilli, kaffir, a buttery shortcrust, prawn bisque, lemon-dressed greens & herb pesto. This was definitely underwhelming as the tart was bland. The crab was fresh and was interesting to see how the crab and egg came together. Not something I’ll eat again.
Spaghettini, toasted sesame breadcrumbs & fresh herbs. Extremely well done and flavourful aglio olio. Prawns were extremely fresh and this is definitely one of the best pasta I’ve eaten.
As usual the portions are super generous so we just ordered a pasta and truffles fries for 2 pax. Too full for an after dessert. I love the chillax space and have to give a thumbs up to the staff. They took the initiative to serve the pasta in 2 separate bowls, taking into consideration that our table is small, without us even asking. The portion in the photo is half the original pasta, that’s how big the portion is lol
the oreo ice cream shake was blended wayy too smoothly & the ice cream tasted ‘cheap’. would have preferred more oreos to be blended in too!
Ordered their chicken rossa penne and red pesto rigatoni, not forgetting their truffle fries of course!!!

🍰: Double Chocolate Blackout Cake
The first time I heard of this cake from @pscafe was sometime last year? It somehow reminded me of Hard Rock Cafe’s Mud Pie, in terms of how big & decadent the dessert is! It’s an actual tower of two layers of chocolate cake, that could be 2 slices on its own, and it’s topped with creamy & rich dark chocolate ganache.
I really enjoyed this cake & found myself being unable to put my fork down, despite how incredibly stuffed I was just enjoying this! Personally found the cake and ganache not too sweet, but the chocolate sauce pooled around it was pretty overwhelming! The cake itself was already super rich & the sauce made the dish cloying after a couple of bites. The vanilla ice cream was a big help in mellowing out the rich cocoa flavours though.
I’d say, this is a must try for all chocolate lovers, but be warned that this cake is a meal of its own!
