Ordered a few items such as Shoestring Truffle Fries & Fish & Chips. Portion is huge and delicious.

Will not mind going again but maybe other outlets.

Truffle fries are a must order at PS.Cafe.

Desserts: highly recommend the dark chocolate banana cheesecake.

Baked to perfection, this dish comes with prunes, apricots, walnuts and topped with generous serving of Manuka honey 🍯

Ordered the following:
1) Truffle shoestring fries (5/5)
- Generous servings
2) Bianca Funghi (4/5)
- Tasty but too much mushrooms for my taste.
3) Chicken Rossa Penne (3/5)
- Its ok.

Nice ambience. Sadly, I got seats with a blocked view. I also felt that the 2 person seats were too close to each other. Service was alright and the food was served rather quickly. The food was pricey but expected.

First time at a PS cafe! The interior is beautiful and super romantic (great place for couples). The outdoor dining doesn't fall short with the gorgeous view of the Waterfront! We had the Roasted Chicken Penne and Club sandwich (both are large portion, good to share), alongside Fish n Chips! Their freshly compressed fruit juices are also terrific for a hot day. Superb meal for about $40-$50/pax!

Treacly was my first impression, but the taste quickly grew on me. The pudding itself is reminiscent of steamed sponge cake, very moist and a great vehicle to soak up all the flavours. It came served warm, melting the ice cream that was quickly slipping off the pud and into pool of toffee sauce lining the base of the plate. Just like the fries and ice cream duo, the contrasting hot and cold temperature is essentially one way ticket to chomp chomp land, barely slowed down by the sweetness that makes one pause to savour.

This visually aesthetic drink comes as part of PS. Cafe’s festive menu. It is served in a glass filled with some gin, orange slice, cinnamon and star anise, alongside a small bottle of ginger ale that bubbles up the drink as it get mixed in. On its own the ale has a warmth that follows down the throat but becomes quite mild once mixed in. The spice bit of the drink can be described as liquorice-y and bittersweet.

PS. Cafe’s festive menu is pretty much the icing on the cake to their lush environment and delightful food (doesn’t matter whichever branch it is, each and every one of them make for amazing date night spots). As the year draws close, dishes like the Christmas Dinner are made available for a little festive cheer.

This rather hefty plate is a good balance of the 3 key food groups - proteins of oven roasted turkey and savoury apricot glazed leg ham, carbs of earthy tasting potato wedges with skin on, vegs of roasted pumpkin and broccoli that just hits with their smokiness. Topping that off was a small wheel of chestnut and sage stuffing and drizzle of cranberry sauce like an ode to tradition.

Word has it that these Truffle Shoestring Fries are must haves; whilst truffle can be quite an acquired flavour, the ones here are quite mellow - carrying that distinct musky aroma without being overly pungent, with a lingering earthy taste. Fries were also topped with a generous dollop of finely shredded cheese for extra umami.

The Seafood Basket was also well prepared - batter was light and crisp, and devoid of the feared fishiness and chewiness. Dips were creamy with a slight tang, adding flavour dimension to the basket of fried goodness.

Here we have the 𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐍𝐔𝐓 𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 ($𝟏𝟔), its standout being a thicc layer of candied nuts that tasted EXACTLY like Garrett’s caramel popcorn🥜😋

And as if this cake isn’t chocolate-y enough, it’s further topped with Malteses🍫 for that extra crunch! However, if you’ve been spoiled by PS’ signature Blackout Cake, you wouldn’t be able to find the same moistness here.

finally trying the DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BLACKOUT CAKE ($16). it’s veryyy moist!

But as with all PS Cakes, it’s superrr rich & huge so I’d recommend sharing. Still can’t beat my bae sticky date pudding tho :3

Wagyu & US chuck patty done perfectly medium rare. Vintage cheddar was melted onto the burger, wilted spinach, and bacon that wasn’t very crispy - all went alright with the typical burger combination. Fried egg in the middle seems a bit out of place both taste & aesthetics wise as it added more greasiness to the burger. A sunny side up would have seemed more appropriate, especial because the fried egg wasn’t as flowy as I’d like or if not it had been cooked by the heat when all the ingredients were stacked together. The sesame buns were not as toasted and buttered as I’d like. Ultimately, this burger comes together rather decently, although I must say I expected more from PS. Cafe & the price tag. Nonetheless, it’s a dish that won’t go wrong at cafes like these, and would be a safe bet if you aren’t in the mood to be adventurous. I would, however, choose to go for other options next time.

Topped up $5 to change my side of shoestring fries to their quintessential truffle shoestring fries. Crisp and delicious, and extremely generous for a side. I honestly did not know that was possible, but it is way more worth it than buying a whole $16 plate (if you’re just eating in a small group/alone). If you, however, want to get a sharing plate for their famous truffle fries and $16 is just too much, there is an option for half portion at $8!

Great ambience and service from the staff at One Fullerton.

Snapper fillets were well battered and crisp. I’m not usually a fan of fish and chips, and was hesitant to try because of the relatively steep price for a good ol’ fish & chips. However, PS.Cafe really managed to impress me with this. Firstly, not oily at all!!! Well, a bit, but not the overwhelming, excessive, oil laden fish & chips you’d expect elsewhere. This allowed the batter to remain light, crisp and fluffy at the same time, without any sogginess. The snapper fillet was fresh and meaty. Personal preference when it comes to my fish & chips is that I’d prefer it not to be 1 or 2 huge pieces, rather, just like what PS.Cafe does. 3 relative small-medium pieces. The kaffir lime aioli complemented well with the fish and chips. It really elevated the flavour, and I lathered every bite with it. The homemade pickles were an appetising side to the meal, drenched in a refreshing, sourish sauce.

Great ambience & service as well at the One Fullerton branch.

Had the Spicy King Prawn Aglio Olio ($29.50) which wasn’t spicy at all but SUPER garlicky. The more we ate, the better it tasted, but the more oily it became too. Also really liked the addition of toasted sesame breadcrumbs on top!

And of course we had to get the Truffle Shoestring Fries (half portion - $8). Classic👌🏼

Chicken rossa penne, chili crab and rice, BBQ ribs, Caesar salad and truffle fries. Stuffed ourselves silly!

Double chocolate blackout cake! This was a super thick, gooey, rich chocolate cake. But it was way too thick that 4 of us struggled to finish this slice. But still good!

Your visit to PS.Cafe will never be complete without an order of the truffle shoestring fries. The fries are fried to perfection and just full on truffle flavour. Not forgetting the generous amount of grated parmesan!!!

It was hard for me not to pick my favourite double blackout chocolate cake for dessert, but I decided to try something new and the sticky date pudding did not disappoint. The dish is indulgent in its own way, but gentler on the throat as compared to their very rich chocolate cake. The pudding itself was moist and spongey with pieces of dates, and the texture reminded me of Chinese steamed cakes. The flavour was subtly spiced and with a hint of sweetness. The pudding paired well with the toffee sauce, which was a nice balance of sweetness and bitterness. And well, any dessert served warm goes great with vanilla ice cream. Definitely a dish I would order again.

The staff were really sweet too and added a piece of chocolate to commemorate Valentine’s day.

Comprising a huge portion of pasta (we opted for spaghettini in place of penne), the chicken rossa would be a great choice for any carb-lover. PS Cafe does not scrimp on its ingredients, and the pasta had a good amount of chicken, bacon pieces, wilted spinach, and juicy mushrooms. The garlic tomato cream sauce was delicious, with an addictive garlic fragance. The use of bacon also added a nice smokiness to the sauce. The dish was completed with cheese shavings which had a nutty flavour and melted into soft, chewy pieces in the hot pasta.
