From the Burpple community

Wagyu & US chuck patty done perfectly medium rare. Vintage cheddar was melted onto the burger, wilted spinach, and bacon that wasn’t very crispy - all went alright with the typical burger combination. Fried egg in the middle seems a bit out of place both taste & aesthetics wise as it added more greasiness to the burger. A sunny side up would have seemed more appropriate, especial because the fried egg wasn’t as flowy as I’d like or if not it had been cooked by the heat when all the ingredients were stacked together. The sesame buns were not as toasted and buttered as I’d like. Ultimately, this burger comes together rather decently, although I must say I expected more from PS. Cafe & the price tag. Nonetheless, it’s a dish that won’t go wrong at cafes like these, and would be a safe bet if you aren’t in the mood to be adventurous. I would, however, choose to go for other options next time.

Topped up $5 to change my side of shoestring fries to their quintessential truffle shoestring fries. Crisp and delicious, and extremely generous for a side. I honestly did not know that was possible, but it is way more worth it than buying a whole $16 plate (if you’re just eating in a small group/alone). If you, however, want to get a sharing plate for their famous truffle fries and $16 is just too much, there is an option for half portion at $8!

Great ambience and service from the staff at One Fullerton.

Snapper fillets were well battered and crisp. I’m not usually a fan of fish and chips, and was hesitant to try because of the relatively steep price for a good ol’ fish & chips. However, PS.Cafe really managed to impress me with this. Firstly, not oily at all!!! Well, a bit, but not the overwhelming, excessive, oil laden fish & chips you’d expect elsewhere. This allowed the batter to remain light, crisp and fluffy at the same time, without any sogginess. The snapper fillet was fresh and meaty. Personal preference when it comes to my fish & chips is that I’d prefer it not to be 1 or 2 huge pieces, rather, just like what PS.Cafe does. 3 relative small-medium pieces. The kaffir lime aioli complemented well with the fish and chips. It really elevated the flavour, and I lathered every bite with it. The homemade pickles were an appetising side to the meal, drenched in a refreshing, sourish sauce.

Great ambience & service as well at the One Fullerton branch.

Had the Spicy King Prawn Aglio Olio ($29.50) which wasn’t spicy at all but SUPER garlicky. The more we ate, the better it tasted, but the more oily it became too. Also really liked the addition of toasted sesame breadcrumbs on top!

And of course we had to get the Truffle Shoestring Fries (half portion - $8). Classic👌🏼

Chicken rossa penne, chili crab and rice, BBQ ribs, Caesar salad and truffle fries. Stuffed ourselves silly!

Double chocolate blackout cake! This was a super thick, gooey, rich chocolate cake. But it was way too thick that 4 of us struggled to finish this slice. But still good!

Your visit to PS.Cafe will never be complete without an order of the truffle shoestring fries. The fries are fried to perfection and just full on truffle flavour. Not forgetting the generous amount of grated parmesan!!!
