As you unravel the forest of greens, you’ll find a poached egg, sliced avocados, smoked turkey, Brie cheese slabs on top of the brioche. Very let down by this after a bite of the burger. It is definitely missing something to bring it all together, every component felt so individualistic on this plate. Ideas for enchantements, perhaps some tomato relish or baked beans or herbed hollandaise. 🤔 Left me so unsatisfied. Wish I got the sticky BBQ ribs I spied from a few tables away.

Pleasantly surprised by the ps burger! Juicy & thick wagyu & chuck patty, with vintage cheddar melted on it then topped with smoked bacon & crispy onions sandwiched between toasted sesame buns. And of course, we happily topped up $5 to upgrade the regular shoestring fries to truffle fries! (Very manageable portion for 2, lessen the guilt 🤪)

Crispy and aromatic shoestring fries infused with truffle and lots of grated parmesan cheese. The serving is seriously huge and addictive. I like how it doesn't turn soggy even after it turns cold.

𝘿𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙍𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙠𝙚 (~$16) definitely is pricey for a slice of cake, but it’s a HUMONGOUS SLICE with 2 layers 🍰. Thick, sweet and sticky fudge coated the entire outside of the cake, and even in between the two dense fluffy layers.

Pair this sinful chocolatey slice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and light fudge sauce... a small price to pay for joy, right? 🤤👅
