The sides were forgettable but the pork belly was good. It's got a airy crunch on the outside, and the sweet glaze was moreish too. Good stuff

One of the priciest but also one of the best squid ink paellas I've ever had.

All the seafood were great and while there's no crust the rice grains were super flavourful, with capers? and chilies contributing to the complex but harmonic umami. Can't rlly figure out what's the base of the stock but it was unique

It's alright, not very strongly marinated, that's why it came with a mustard based sauce and BBQ sauce. Meat was somewhat tender and exterior had a bit of crisp.

Yummy good food! Service was good too.
But still quite different from the food in Spain (based on memory)

Our favourite is the fried calamari andalusian style ($18) (bottom left photo). The calamari was soft and meaty and the batter was light so it went well with us even though it's deep fried. Generous portion and served 5 of us well. Though we don't exactly know what andalusian style mean.

We love the seafood paella also ($55, L), super flavourful and we enjoyed scraping the bottom of the pan that's got all the umami flavours.

Rest of the dishes include:
Top left: churros with chocolate dip (a bit too oily for our liking)
Top centre: spanish pork ribs, full slab (delicious and fall off the bone kind)
Top right: spanish omelette (egg well done style, otherwise default is runny egg)
Bottom centre: aged ham with bread
Bottom right: greek salad

Will be back to try other dishes, especially the beef items.

Crispy charred edges, fresh plump seafood, ocean-like broth - the Charcoal Seafood Paella by Josper hits all the right notes for a great paella! For a small portion, it feeds about 2 pax just right (for normal eaters) and has just the right amount of ingredient to rice ratio. The perfectly cooked rice has a nice bite due to the burnt bits while retaining the juices from the broth that it has been cooked in. The seafood-y broth tastes much like the ocean, as it carries your taste buds back to the shores.

Wash it down with a mojito or sangria & you've got the party started!

This arrived piping hot! It reminded me of the candied sweet potato from dong bei ren jia. Soft, fleshy eggplant fried in a light batter and coated with honey. It’s not super crisp, but still a nice snack to accompany the mains.
