What you can expect in this expanded menu include the Squid Ink Paella and Josper-grilled Scallops topped with luxurious Hokkaido sea urchin and Belgian Osietra caviar.

Due to its geographical location, Spain is blessed with extensive coastlines, which explains why their cuisine involves largely on seafood and that is no exception for this seasonal menu. Diners can start of their meals with tapas of Patatas Bravas with Hokkaido Uni ($16 for 2 pieces) and Hokkaido Uni Cream Croquette ($10 for 2 pieces) before diving straight into the Scallop with Caviar ($36) dish which sees the scallops seared in the Josper grill before topping with Belgian Osietra caviar for that additional seafood flavour. For mains, there are the Catalan-style Suquet de Peix ($36) which contains red snapper, mussels and tiger prawns, simmered in a seafood stew, and the Squid Ink Paella with Hokkaido Uni ($68).

Went Pura Brasa with friends on Saturday evening. The overall ambience is cozy and we took nice photos with the bears. We ordered some authentic Spanish food which includes seafood paella, Spanish omelette, nachoes, Spanish pork ribs. Overalls the foods were great. Especially the nachos and pork ribs which roasted perfectly. However the customer service is poor. We have been told that we allow to stay for 2 hour duration however we have been ask to leave unpolitely by restaurant staff prior the allocated timing. This has left us ended with bitter feeling and disappointment.

Found a happy place! Huge teddy bears all over the restaurant to lighten up the mood, in hope of cheering us up, at the same time serving their purpose to maintain safe distance between tables 🐻❤️🙆🏻
