Thick soup base with slices of beef and full of taste as most noodles made this way happen to be quite tasteless. However this dish here was good.
Maggi Goreng with Chicken $5-$6
Tasty with a good amount of chicken pieces. I like that the noodles were a little finer than the noodles in the regular instant noodle packets.
P.S. The Teh Tarik is really good here

Rice with Chicken in Black Pepper Gravy - $5 to $6
Dish tasted great. Chicken was tender, black pepper gravy was served generously was not too salty or peppery.

Ordered this for a rare and indulgent supper treat because my nap extended through dinner :/ a simple fried rice with egg and Malay seasoning. I mixed the chili with the entire packet of rice to give it that extra oomph of pepper and spice. I collected this from my friend a little later so the crispy colored koropok was soggy by the time I consumed this :/ ah well. A reasonably satisfying supper. And I guess it's cheaper than what you get at Al Ameen's without too much compromise on the taste so that's a plus.
