Buckwheat noodles topped w gojujang, kimchi and seaweed. The ajumonim saw that we were 2 hopeless foreigners and helped us with the vinegar, mustard and sugar. 😅 This was such a delicious concoction! She recc that we get the chung ddeok (충떡) as well. Which were like gyoza fillings wrapped in popiah skin and pan fried. 😁 We almost ordered another dish that was too big for two girls and good thing she stopped us.
