Quan Kee is one of our favorite wanton mee stalls in Singapore; the style is the old school kind. They can sometimes be quite inconsistent with the noodles (i.e sometimes overcooked) but the shui jiao aka dumplings are consistently excellent!
An traditional old school style wanton mee! Noodles were springy but we weren’t a fan of the slightly sticky texture. The accompanying chili was spicy with a strong kick (v shiok) and the owner was very generous with it, so please make sure to inform them beforehand if you want less. We thought the bowl of wanton soup was the star though - dumplings were fresh with well seasoned fillings. It’s what we’ll come back for!

Quan Kee is one of our favorite wanton mee stalls in Singapore. We love the noodles & especially the shui jiao (big & juicy).
They are open from 4pm to 10pm daily except sundays, so it's more of a dinner / early supper spot.
I'm a huge fan of wanton noodle and this is one of my favourite stalls. The noodles very springy, wanton is nice & portion is very generous too.
