Rabbit Softserve

This is an interesting cafe where you walk through a secret entrance (a fridge door 😃) to get into the rabbit hole! Nice place to just hang out with friends.

Located in Taman Sentosa, rabbit softserve is one of the more recent cafes opened in jb. Like Aqua S, they changed their flavours weekly to get ice cream lovers to come back for more. We ordered their charcoal sesame and butterfly bluepea vanilla. Softserves were served in double cups with a hidden compartment with dried ice to create a magical smoky vapour.

Chanced upon this while roaming alone and I had to go in and see for myself the world behind the fridge. Cafe by day, bar by night; the place was sleek and a very lovely space to chill.

Menu here is small, with a weekly soft serve flavour that may or may not return, depending on popularity. All the flavours are made in house from scratch! In the case of this week’s Oolong Milk Tea, they had to brew the tea and create magic.

Served with chewy pearls, flavour was too light for me but I had the matcha affogato which gave it a nice bittersweetness as opposed to the rather one dimensional flavour of the soft serve.

Preferred the drinks here to the soft serve, but it could just be my expectations for tea-inspired soft serve.

Ordered an iced uji matcha for the road and cold brew alisan tea which was very refreshing!
