Love that I could try the various flavours available with the mini selection! Will be back for the full size ones soon! They flavours change weekly. The lychee rose was amazing as well as the earl grey. Kid had the full size galaxy bomb which was really nice, chocolatey but not sickly!

Passion fruit mango, lychee rose, matcha adzuki, ondeh ondeh, hazelnut chocolate, orh nee.

The mini tarts were soooo small. A large tart is the size of 5-6 mini tarts and much more worth it at $8.50.

The ondeh, lychee rose and passion fruit mango fillings were runny and meh flavour wise. The only one I’ll eat again was the yam and maybe matcha if it was less sweet. Fillings were generally on the sweeter side except the yam.

Okay tarts that were not worth it for the price. Get the large tart instead if you have to.

Remember those beautiful galaxy domes, tartlets and tiramisu? Glad to share that @rachelrax had launched her own shop (near Serangoon MRT) and you can purchase them in-store!

Tarts come in both Mini ($27.80/box of 12pcs) and Regular (from $8.50), and currently available for take away only. Other than everyone’s favourite Lychee Rose Boba, expect to find seasonal specials like Hae Bee Hiam, Butterscotch Cornflakes and Pineapple Crumble.

Serving as great one-bite treats, each of @rachelrax Mini Tart ($27.80/12pcs) was distinct and packed quite a burst of flavours. The assorted tarts were on the small side but just enough to satisfy one’s sweet tooth.

And so, what they had on their weekly rotation were Ondeh Ondeh, Orh Nee, Cookies ’n Cream, Genmaicha Crunch, Lychee Rose, Passionfruit Mango and Earl Grey Lavender. My favourites being their Ondeh Ondeh and Genmaicha Crunch. With a myriad of textures and all familiar combination, the pandan custard was fragrant and not cloyingly sweet which coupled well with the Gula Melaka Coconut Flakes.

Similarly, the Genmaicha Crunch had that extra oomph from the bits of Hazelnut Feuilletine sprinkled atop. Encased with a slight crumbly tart shell, the roasted and toasted taste of the tea-flavoured ganache was still pretty pronounced though mellowed down with the addition of callebaut white chocolate.
