The buttery roll sandwiched with braised Angus beef brisket marinated in the jerky sauce and finished with Havana spiced rum.

As the name of the restaurant suggests, it serves burgers too. And they serve a damn good burger. I had the Spicy Miso Burger ($23++), and I love it. The Nebraskan beef patty glazed with spicy miso sauce is moist and juicy. It is topped with provolone cheese, lightly spiced guacamole, kale, red chilli flakes, onion and sandwiched in between their signature brioche bun.

The huge platter comes with freshly shucked oysters, half a lobster, chilled Dutch mussels, king crab legs, Vietnamese tiger prawns and octopus. All served on a bed of ice with samphire, mignonette dressing, chilli and coriander dip and fresh lemon.

This is the ultimate combination swerved in a toasted brioche roll. Unlike the original lobster roll which comes with the rich lemon garlic sauce, this version is lightly seasoned to allow the appreciation of the luxe ingredients.

This is what I had last evening, and it's what I’ll order again when I come back to Burger & Lobster’s second restaurant at Raffles Arcade, Raffles Hotel Singapore.
🔸
$70 for this laksa isn’t expensive, considering there’s one whole wild-caught live lobster from Nova Scotia in this laksa dish. For perspective, their 1.5 pound lobster served with fries and signature lemon garlic butter is going for $65, so I’ll totally pay the additional $5 to have laksa gravy instead. The laksa is cooked in a rich coconut sauce, infused with an aromatic trio of laksa leaves, ikan bilis and red chilli which lends a flavourful and spicy kick to our national dish. You can also request for the staff to deshell the lobster for you as table-side service.
🔸
Besides this dish exclusive to the new outlet at Raffles Hotel, they also serve a wider selection of lobsters dishes, burgers and an extensive cocktail menu.

This peanut looking tart is hazelnut, one of our favourites from the three-tier Afternoon Tea at the revamped Grand Lobby of @RafflesHotelSingapore. Love the realistically looking nuts atop the tart, an nostalgic inspiration from the days where diners dispose of their peanut shells on the floor in Long Bar. The texture of the deceiving looking peanut is soft as it is simply hazelnut-flavoured cream.
