One of the world’s top female chefs with three Michelin stars, Anne-Sophie debuts her entry into Asia with the restaurant, which reflects her search for aromatic complexity, combinations of flavours and powerful tastes that evoke emotions. Located in the hotel’s dining room at the Main Building, the contemporary chic restaurant is beautifully designed with a graceful and soft palette that is reminiscent of Anne-Sophie’s favourite colours and materials: pastel shades and natural decorative elements such as leather or wood. As a third-generation Michelin starred chef, Anne-Sophie Pic is following in the footsteps of her grandfather and father, perfectly reflecting Raffles Singapore’s rich heritage.

It also comes with textures of zucchini. I have grown to like turbot for its firm texture and mildly sweet flavour. What enlivens the dish is the granny smith apple broth that gives it a vibrant finishing, complementing the freshness of the white meat.

Starting off with my favorite mooncakes of all - Snow-Skin Mooncake with Champagne Truffle & Ganache, an original creation from Raffles Hotel that sold out really quickly every year! Powder-soft smooth snow-skin wraps around the creamy white lotus paste, and the best part is the white chocolate shell with its exquisite Champagne truffle at the center of the mooncake. These delectable mooncakes certainly don't come cheap but I like it! 好幸福啊! Thank you!
