Their incredibly satisfying ramen broth is brewed for 8 hours. I don't care if all my hair drops off -- I always slurp down every last drop. .

What I think sets them apart is the fact that the basic tonkotsu ramen is only $10.90 despite being a comfortable ramen restaurant with booths! You can also get all toppings for only $4 more than the basic tonkotsu ramen. And I meant it when I say there are a lot of toppings -- not only do you get the requisite ajitamago eggs and seaweed. You also get an extra slice of pan-seared chashu, and a serving of buta shogayaki (stir fried pork slices)! They also have free flow moyashi (marinated bean sprouts) which I take full advantage of 🤤 .

I really like the ramen here, and I would say it's broth is like Keisuke's or better. I think it's better, though, because there usually aren't long queues here, and you don't have to sit at small cramped tables like you do in Keisuke. . {Rating: 10/10}

I like that they allow you to customise your ramen so you can choose the thickness of noodle, the amount of oil and the depth of your soup.

Overall it was a decent bowl of ramen that has an average price point. If you have a ramen craving, this should be able to satisfy your cravings!

This place is a spin-off partnership with kaiseki Chef Odo Takayuki, and specialises in binchotan charcoal grilled skewers, paired with a wide variety of sakes.
.
This features 5 pork skewers chosen by Chef. These are decently tasty, best paired with the dipping shio / salt on the side. However, there is usually a short wait, as the skewers are grilled to order. .

Served with 5 water steamed pork dumplings, in a spicy chili sauce.
.
Each has a sticky thin flour dumpling wrapper, which holds a juicy tender bite of minced pork and chives.
.
Has a bold salty savoury sweet flavour that makes you crave a drink. Overly salty, but tasty.

With All Toppings, Side Dishes, Extra Aburi Chashu. Comfort bowls on rainy days.
.
Their signature tonkotsu / pork bone broth is simmered for over 8 hours, chilled overnight, then heated the next day, resulting in a thick, viscous, creamy rich texture, with bold savoury salty meaty flavour.
.
You can choose the doneness of the long, thin, ramen noodles; soft, medium, or hard.
.
The 'all toppings' option is served with a crisp sheet of seaweed, crunchy black fungus / cloud ear fungus, soft ajitama seasoned egg, chewy buta no shogayaki / grilled pork with ginger, tender pork belly chashu, and aburi / torched pork belly chashu.
.
I completed it with the complimentary sides of crunchy marinated bean sprouts and juicy corn kernels.
.
This dish is deeply meaty savoury salty earthy sweet vegetal in flavour, so tasty. Yummy and filling, wanted more.
.
I also like the spicy version, which comes with a fiery red chili paste that has a sharp lingering burn.

Thick broth with amazing slices of pork. Even better if you like fatty pieces of meat because the fats literally melt in the mouth. Will come back again and agaim just for the meat. Super good and worth it for the price of $18.70. Garlic broth is approx $1 more expensive than the original one. Waiting time for the food is slightly long (>30mins) during lunchtime but we had the complimentary beansprouts and corn so we weren't too hungry to chase for orders.
