I had dinner at the foodcourt next to Don Don Donki at Clark Quay Central and the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen with Ajitamago ($15.90) from Ramen Hitoyoshi is one comforting bowl of ramen. The thin ramen noodle has a firm texture, the spicy pork-bone broth is full of flavour and the chushu is soft. Good stuff!
