In Ramen Keisuke Lobster King, the winning formula lies in the meticulous culinary approach that takes inspiration from the French culinary style behind the famous French lobster bisque. Mr Keisuke Takeda also uses French rock lobsters specially imported from France. Carefully selected for its characteristic rich and abundant roe and flavour, the shells of rock lobster are first pan-fried, crushed into fine bits and subsequently simmered for 6 hours with a special blend of herbs and vegetables to create the Lobster Broth Ramen (Clear Soup). To create the creamy texture and unique depth in flavour in another creation - the Lobster Broth Ramen (Rich Creamy Soup), the stock brewing takes an additional 4-6 hours.

Broth was rich and tasty. Chose normal doneness of ramen, but personally finds it abit hard, not a big deal. Overall an enjoyable meal, with free flow boiled eggs and bean sprouts. 😆

Rich Broth Ramen with All Toppings ($19.90) was absolutely delicious!! Love the strong flavors of the broth, noodles were perfect and the ingredients were well balanced too! They serve both pork chashu and chicken chashu (which is really interesting btw) Definitely one of my favourite keisuke concepts. As with the other outlets, free flow hard boiled eggs and beansprouts are served here. Everything is customizable as options to include certain ingredients or remove some are available. Really really enjoyed the rich, hearty broth here.

We like that you can customise your ramen to your own taste, from taste of soup to noodle texture! An amazing huge bowl of ramen 🍜! One of my favourite ramens in Singapore! If you love a rich broth, Keisuke Lobster King does a pretty good job at it!

The broth is made by simmering lobster shells for 6 hours with a special blend of vegetables and herbs! The spicy miso gives a spicy kick to the broth (great for those who can take a little heat). You can customise your noodle texture! We opted for the hard because that’s how we all love our noodles!

Spicy Miso Soup - Lobster Broth Ramen, $15.90. They opens daily from 6pm to 5am, oh yayyy another new supper place added to our list! Even though we ordered the Spicy Miso Soup, we can still taste the flavourful rich lobster broth, it’s so amazing good! We chose the soft noodles and texture was perfect and on point, fully immersed and infused with the broth! Our bowl comes with a piece of tender pork belly and chicken char siew that’s surprisingly shiok! It’s so good that we finished everything in the bowl!! Not forgetting, we love their free flow hard boiled eggs and bean sprouts for all dine-in! 🤩 .

They don’t take any reservations so you will have to Q there patiently for an awesome bowl of ramen, all so worth it! 🍜
