Same as the classic except for the spicy paste. There's some kick to it and unlike the usual spicy minced meat, there's a lot of sakura ebi so the texture is quite unique and there's a lot of seafoody umami. Definitely one for the spice lovers!

Actl all toppings not really worth it at all lol

Still as good as ever, the broth is of a decent consistency and isn't overly salty. Charsiu was rather tender despite it being on leaner side. Stir fried ginger pork had a homely taste, and is extremely saucy.

Btw their molten eggs has always been my standard lol the yolk is perfect and the marinade is on point as well

If summer in Singapore is like this all year round - I would have no complains. πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Went on a Friday evening for dinner. Lucky we only had to queue for a few minutes. Service was good, food was good. Felt like the meat could've been softer. Buuuut I had one of the free flow hard boil eggs (in addition to my ramen egg), and yoke was alittle soft on the inside! πŸ˜πŸ€— So that made everything perfect again. πŸ˜‹
