The ramen noodles here is pretty good - it’s slightly thinner than usual, with a nice bite to it. The broth is rich but not jelat, and the chashu was tender + not too fatty, which I like.

The ginger pork rice was simple but nice too, with well-seasoned pork belly slices, plump Japanese short-grain rice and garlic bits + spring onion.

This place also has free-flow beansprouts which my friend loves, so a plus point for that!

This Keisuke offers four flavours attached to the four seasons. I didn't order anything signature and went for Spring, which uses basil and cheese. It's alright. The chashu here however uses a leaner cut.

Broth is excellent, all toppings is super satisfying! not spicy enough for me , Think I will have to ask for more chilli 🌶 🌶 🌶 next time 😋 its a great place for some authentic ramen with a reasonable price !

Yes make sure you get aaaallllll toppings! Give it an extra kick! Great broth great tasty great service!

Queued 30mins on Thursday night for this. $15.20 after all the gst. Expected the autumn ramen to be full of umami, after all its supposed to have bonito. Was rather disappointed with the broth. It was thick but flavours weren’t deep or rich. Nevertheless the service was amazing.

They name their ramen as spring, summer, autumn, winter. Keisuke has always been one of my favourite ramen chain in SG!
