Their entrance is located outside the mall at the basement. Once enter, you will be greet by a very interesting decoration of interior.

Serving most of their signature ramen here on the menu, I got their crab stock ramen and add with everything you should get to compete the meal.

I find the crab stock too creamy for me but tasty.

This bowl of ramen ($15.90) has sukiyaki pork instead of the usual cha shu and it was really tasty and tender! The tonkotsu broth was rich as well πŸ˜‹

Of the four special ramens available at the Parkway Parade outlet, all of which are inspired by festivals in Japan, it was the Tonkotsu Ramen Nebuta that I picked. What drew me to it was my curiosity as to how the usually super potent pork-based soup that this chain is known for, would taste when tempered with a fish stock. Got to say I really liked it. Made with sun-dried Japanese sardines, the fish stock introduced a different facet of sweetness in the broth. And in the process, rendered it somewhat less "heavy", which suited my palate well. The flavoured egg was excellent as always.

Having tried the conventional soup bases, I decided to be adventurous. Not sure exactly what the spices were though(green, red, black). You can choose level of oily-ness and noodle hardness. Free flow of bean sprouts and hard boiled egg. About $15.
